Your Tasks:
The Tasks of the Employees in the Team Accounts Payable Team Include:
Comprehensive support for suppliers in accounting matters. Maintenance of supplier master data, management of balance confirmations, clarification of reminders, and differences on individual accounts.
Document verification and validation of the tax code and ensure the correct VAT treatment of incoming invoices.
Accounting and booking of assets, as well as the recording and administration of the asset register.
Calculation of depreciation and creation of all reports in the field of asset accounting.
Account assignment and posting of cash and bank receipts.
Acquisition of assigned tasks in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Assistance with annual audits and other company audits
Execution of payment transactions in accounting
Participation in the development of new processes in the course of project assignments.
Your Profile:
You have professional experience in the field of finance and have extensive knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
You have experience with ERP systems and are familiar with MS Office.
Your adept use of Excel and your interest in analysis make you stand out.
You attach particular importance to good teamwork, cooperation with other departments, and treating each other with respect is important to you.
You are flexible, communicative, and assertive, but also curious.
You work independently, and reliably and deliver good quality on time.

Our wages and salaries are well above the collective agreement (KV) of the electrical and electronics industry. The KV minimum values are between € 2,401.38 and € 3,082.06 - we have more. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.
