Your Tasks:
Processing of legal issues and development of legal decision-making bases.
Opinions on different areas of law.
Conception, review, and negotiation of contracts.
Examination of legal cases and support of court cases.
Legal observation and advice on compliance issues.
Supervised and implementation of compliance projects.
Collection and analysis of compliance risks and further development of internal control processes.
Preparation and implementation of compliance training.
Interface with external legal partners.
Your Profile:
Completed law studies, court year
Relevant professional experience, preferably in a law firm or in an international business enterprise.
Independent way of working, analytical skills, high level of commitment, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

Gross annual salary (38.5 hours/week): from €48,000 depending on qualifications and experience

Your Tasks:
You will be responsible for a wide range of legal issues in our international group of companies.
Checking and drafting contracts related to our residential and commercial properties in. Germany and abroad during the real estate life cycle (e.g. purchase, rental, easement, and work contracts).
They take care of insurance and liability issues.

Your Profile:
Successfully completed studies in law or business law (bachelor's or master's degree) in Austria.
First professional experience in the field of real estate management and knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage.
Interest in real estate (rental, brokerage, purchase contract, construction contract, and work contract law).
Independent, structured, and accurate way of working.
Dynamic, loyal personality with team spirit as well as networked and analytical thinking skills.
Fluent German (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. B2).

The minimum salary for this position is €46,050 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The annual salary consists of 14 monthly salaries and a guaranteed bonus. After completing the training period, we also offer you a performance-related profit-sharing scheme.
