Your Tasks
Assumption of the role of data protection officer as a member of the legal department.
Monitoring of compliance with all data protection regulations.
Information and advice for management and data protection officers.
Advice/cooperation regarding data protection impact assessments.
Checking the relevant processing activities with the support of the data protection module of the Akarion Compliance Cloud.
Awareness raising and training of employees on personal data.
Individual legal advice.
Opportunity to specialize in other areas of banking (e.g. payment and checking accounts, securities, financing)
Your Competencies
Completed law studies
Extensive knowledge of the GDPR and the DSG
Professional experience as a data protection officer or as an employee in a legal department of a credit or financial institution or a law firm desired
IT knowledge, and experience with Legal Tech an advantage
Problem-solving skills and a structured, independent approach

Your Tasks
Competent processing of the credit cases applied for by the customer advisors.
Carrying out recurring control and verification activities (e.g. changes in the land/company register) as well as security assessments.
Participation in the further development and simplification of existing credit applications and processing processes.
Participation in various projects.
Your Competencies
Completed law or commercial law studies
Ideally completed court practice or banking experience in the credit sector
Distinct willingness to learn as well as an affinity for numbers and high accuracy
IT competence and confident handling of Microsoft Office programs
