Your Tasks:
Personnel administration as well as timely and correct wage and salary accounting (including taxes).
Group-wide HR reporting and ensuring HR compliance (including clarification of legal issues) in the human resources area (labor and social law, employment contracts).
The implementation, planning, control, and implementation of measures in the field of personnel development (management tools/assessment tools/remuneration structure) to ensure employee satisfaction and to ensure employee qualification - employee development.
Enlisting - boss marking - onboarding - correspondence.
The introduction and further development of a personnel information system based on key figures.
Monitoring of the development of personnel costs, requesting and monitoring holiday consumption.
General personnel planning, participation in short and medium-term quantitative and qualitative personnel requirements planning
Participation in changing the organizational structures.
Implementation of disciplinary measures and co-decision in individual personnel matters.
Your Profile:
Well-founded commercial training Economics degree (personnel management) or law degree
At least 7 years in extended human resources (i.e. in human resources management, and human resources development, and at least 2 years of this action in payroll accounting (wages and salaries).

Profound understanding of employment law
Very good MS Office knowledge
HCM knowledge if possible
